No holder of an AP permit shall purchase or agree to purchase any alcohol from any person, who is not duly licensed to sell and distribute alcohol at the time of such agreement and sale.

No holder of an AP permit shall use the alcohol purchased thereunder, except for the purpose specified in said permit.

No holder of an AP permit shall knowingly sell any alcohol for beverage purposes, or sell any of the same under circumstances from which he might reasonably deduce the intention of the purchaser to use it for such purposes.

Each holder of an AP permit shall keep and maintain upon the premises designated in said permit, adequate books and records of all transactions involving the purchase and use of such alcohol, which shall show the amount of alcohol purchased by such permittee and the size of the containers in which the same was received by said permittee, together with the names, permit numbers and places of business of the persons from whom the same was purchased, and the amount involved in each purchase; such records shall be kept in addition to any records required by the United States Government under any Federal permit that may be held by such permittee.

No holder of an AP permit shall purchase or keep upon his premises any alcohol, except in the original containers as received from the distributor of a size not larger than five gallons; provided however, that the State Liquor Authority may grant to the holder of an AP permit, permission to purchase alcohol in original containers of a size larger than five gallons, upon proper proof being submitted showing the necessity for the purchase of alcohol in such containers.

Where a drug store or a licensed physician holds an AP permit, such permit shall also include the privilege to sell alcohol to a householder for medicinal purposes in a quantity not exceeding one pint upon a written prescription of a regularly licensed physician; such prescription shall state the date thereof, the name of the person for whom the same was prescribed, and shall be preserved by the permittee and pasted in a separate book kept for that purpose, and be but once filled.
