No holder of an AP permit shall purchase or keep upon his premises any alcohol, except in the original containers as received from the distributor of a size not larger than five gallons; provided however, that the State Liquor Authority may grant to the holder of an AP permit, permission to purchase alcohol in original containers of a size larger than five gallons, upon proper proof being submitted showing the necessity for the purchase of alcohol in such containers.
