Where a drug store or a licensed physician holds an AP permit, such permit shall also include the privilege to sell alcohol to a householder for medicinal purposes in a quantity not exceeding one pint upon a written prescription of a regularly licensed physician; such prescription shall state the date thereof, the name of the person for whom the same was prescribed, and shall be preserved by the permittee and pasted in a separate book kept for that purpose, and be but once filled.
