(a)In furnishing room service, no licensee shall use, or dispense from, or deliver a container exceeding one-half gallon of liquor or more than 15 gallons of wine, nor use or deliver a container of less than 25 ounces of liquor or six ounces of wine except that containers of liquor containing two ounces or less may be delivered exclusively in the furnishing of room service.
(b)As used in the context of this section, the term containermeans the original sealed bottle or package as received by the hotel licensee from the wholesaler.
