A wheel or wheels of variable size that have numbers, symbols or colors used to designate the winning wager and, where applicable, the type of merchandise to be awarded. The wheel has a corresponding layout.
The maximum wager is $2. Merchandise shall not be wagered by a participant.
No cash, only merchandise shall be awarded. No single prize shall exceed a value of $250.
Each merchandise wheel shall have an inventory control sheet that shall indicate the cost to the licensee of each item of merchandise awarded at the wheel or, if donated, its current retail price. When a total of $10,000 in prizes has been awarded at a merchandise wheel, the merchandise wheel must be closed (see section 4622.12 of this Subchapter). It will not be necessary to file the inventory control sheet with form GC-7B.
