Designation of records access officer and appeals officer
(a)A records access officer shall be designated by the board’s executive director for purposes of
this Part. The name, title, business address and business phone number of such designee will be
posted on the agency’s website.
(b)An appeals officer shall be designated by the board’s executive director for purposes of this
Part. The name, title, business address and business phone number of such designee will be
posted on the agency’s website.
