(a)Holders of a license or certification must provide evidence of satisfactory completion of the continuing education requirements upon request of the department.
(b)Any individual who is issued a renewal of a license and/or certification and subsequently cannot provide evidence of completing the continuing education during the immediately preceding terms of certification or license may be subject to disciplinary action by the department.
