The board and each deferred compensation committee shall appoint, with respect to the plan under their control, in accordance with the requirements of this Subtitle, one or more financial organizations such that amounts held under the plan may be at all times invested in one or more of a broad range of investment alternatives, including without limitation a diverse selection of fixed income and equity investments.
