(a)There shall be no fee charged for inspection of records, search for records, or any certification pursuant to this Part.
(b)The fee for photocopies of records shall be 25 cents per page, except that the records access officer may waive the fees for the convenience of the agency or upon a showing of undue hardship by the requester.
