(a)Chairman shall mean the chairman of the Council on Children and Families.
(b)Council shall mean the Council on Children and Families.
(c)Executive director shall mean the executive director of the council.
(d)Member agency shall mean an agency headed by a member of the council, including the following: the State Commissioner of Social Services, the director of the Division for Youth, the Commissioner of Mental Hygiene, the Commissioner of Education, the State Director of Probation, and the executive director of the State Board of Social Welfare.
(e)Social services official shall mean a county commissioner of social services, a city commissioner of social services, a town social services officer or city social services officer.
