(a)Instructor certification may be granted by the commissioner upon demonstration of instructional competency and subject-matter expertise, in accordance with the minimum requirements established by sections 6023.3 and 6023.4 of this Part.
(b)Course director certification may be granted by the commissioner in accordance with the minimum requirements established by section 6023.3a of this Part.
(c)A standard list of special topics for which instructor certification or course direction certification may be granted may be established and maintained by the commissioner.
