The gaming facility shall post a sign at each table game advising patrons of the payout odds for the game in effect at that table. The gaming facility may change pay tables at its discretion at any time after the conclusion of a round of play upon prior notice to the commission, so long as the gaming facility complies with the minimum pay tables set forth in Part 5324 of this Title. This section is not applicable if the payout odds are imprinted on the table layout, as approved by the commission.
