When multiple jackpots occur and there is no definitive way of knowing which jackpot occurred first, such jackpots shall be deemed to have occurred simultaneously. A gaming facility shall submit procedures for payment of such jackpot occurrences in its system of internal controls, which shall be subject to review and approval by the commission. If there is a communication failure described in section 5320.14(h) of this Part, a winning player wagering at a non-updated site may also be eligible to win a jackpot amount.
