(a)The specific criteria and standards for casino key employee licensing are set forth in Racing, Pari-Mutuel Wagering and Breeding Law sections 1301(8) and 1323(1) through (6). (b) All applicants for a casino key employee license shall prove, by clear and convincing evidence, his or her financial stability, integrity and responsibility as well as the applicant's good character, honesty and integrity.
