Except where fees or exemptions from fees have been established by law, rule, or regulation, the following fees shall apply:
(a)The fee for copies of records shall be 25 cents per page for photographic copies not exceeding 8½ by 14 inches in size, except for records that make up all or any part of an accident or investigative report, when the fee shall be $15 per report.
(b)The fee for copies of records not otherwise provided for herein shall be the actual copying costs, which is the average unit cost for copying such record, excluding fixed costs.
(c)Unless otherwise prescribed by statute, there shall be no fee charged for:
(1)inspection of records;
(2)search for records; or
(3)any certification pursuant to this Part.
