(a)Where the same corporation operates two or more premises separately licensed under this chapter (L. 1963, ch. 204), the licensee shall file one corporate change application and attach thereto a list of all licenses issued by the authority in the name of the licensee. The application shall be filed, together with the appropriate fee, with the State Liquor Authority on a form and in a manner as designated by the authority.
