(a)Youth may be assigned to a day placement program at any time following admission to the division.
(b)Prior to assignment to a day placement program, each eligible youth shall receive a verbal and written explanation of the program which shall include, at a minimum, a description of:
(1)the program;
(2)the conditions of participation which the youth must follow; and
(3)the grievance process.
