(a)Whenever a notice of proposed rule making has expired, the Department of State shall prepare and publish a notice of expiration as soon as practicable.
(b)Whenever a notice of expiration is published in the
State Register, the expired notice of proposed rule making shall be deleted from the State Register's action pending index.
