(a)Boxers must be at least 18 years of age and possess a current Federal ID Card in order to compete in a professional boxing match or exhibition.
(b)There shall be full compliance with the Professional Boxing Safety Act of 1996 and the Muhammad Ali Boxing Reform Act (15 USC section 6301,

et seq.

) and any amendments made thereto.
