(a)General.

All buildings and structures, whether currently existing or hereafter constructed; all premises; all processes; the storage, handling, or use of buildings, structures, materials, or devices; the occupancy and operation of buildings, structures, and premises; and the construction, extension, repair, alteration or removal of fire suppression and alarm systems, shall comply with the provisions and requirements of the 2020 FCNYS.

(b)Incorporation by reference.

The 2020 FCNYS is incorporated herein by reference. Copies of the 2020 FCNYS may be obtained from the publisher at the following address: International Code Council, Inc.
