(a)A nonresident applicant may apply for a temporary reciprocal certificate. Each such applicant must comply with the conditions set forth in section 1104.1 of this Part. The term of a temporary reciprocal certificate shall be one year from the date of issue. The application fee for a temporary reciprocal certificate shall be 50 percent of the application fee for certification established by section 160-f of the Executive Law.
(b)A nonresident may apply for a temporary reciprocal license. Each such applicant must comply with the conditions set forth in section 1104.1 of this Part. The term of a temporary reciprocal license shall be one year from the date of issue. The application fee for a temporary reciprocal license shall be 50 percent of the application fee for licensing established by section 160-f of the Executive Law.
