Every licensee may charge and collect a deposit in conjunction with the sale of beer in reusable containers larger than one gallon (3.8 liters). When a deposit is charged, such deposit must be the same amount for everyone for the same size container.

No licensee shall refuse to redeem any reusable container of beer upon which a deposit has been paid, provided it is returned to the original place of purchase in good order and condition, reasonable wear and tear excepted.
