(a)Director shall mean the Director of the Office of Business Permits.
(b)Permit shall mean the whole or part of any State agency permit, license, certificate, approval, registration, charter, or similar form of permission required by law or by State agency rules and regulations having the force and effect of law.
(c)State agency shall mean any department, board, bureau, commission, division, office, council or agency of the State, or a public benefit corporation or public authority at least one of whose members is appointed by the Governor.
(d)Office shall mean the Office of Business Permits.
