In accordance with the provisions of chapter 50 of the Laws of 1989 this Part will establish the policy for setting fees to be paid for publications and other services provided by the Division of Criminal Justice Services, Bureau of Prosecution Services. The actual fee structure will be subject to approval by the Director of the New York State Division of the Budget.

Fees for copies of Bureau of Prosecution Services' publications and videotapes shall be in amounts not to exceed the estimated cost of developing, printing and reproducing such materials, plus postage or shipping, where applicable. A list of current publications available and costs therefor will be furnished upon request. The fee to be charged for attending any seminar conducted or sponsored by the Bureau of Prosecution Services shall be in an amount not to exceed the projected per capita cost of conducting each seminar. Such fee shall also include the cost of all seminar-related printed material.
