Definitions.

The following definition shall apply to the Take 5 game, in addition to the general definitions set forth in section 5000.2 of this Title: Take 5 winning numbers means the five numbers from one field, randomly selected at each Take 5 drawing, which shall be used to determine winning Take 5 plays shown on a bet ticket.

Game description.

Take 5 is a game that awards prizes to Take 5 bet-ticket holders matching numbers for designated drawing dates and drawing times to randomly selected numbers from corresponding drawings. A player selects five numbers from a field comprising numbers 1 through 39. During each Take 5 drawing, five numbers are selected from a field of numbers comprising the numbers 1 through 39. Take 5 winning numbers shall be selected at random with the aid of drawing equipment, pursuant to the controls and methods established for the game.

Price.

The price of a single play shall be $1. The purchaser receives one play for each $1 wagered. A Take 5 bet ticket may contain multiple plays and may cover multiple drawings. The cost of a Take 5 bet ticket depends on the number of plays and number of drawings the purchaser selects.
