Definitions.
The following definition shall apply to the Lotto game, in addition to the general definitions set forth in section 5000.2 of this Title: Lotto winning numbers means the first six numbers from one field and a seventh bonus number from the same field, randomly selected at each Lotto drawing, which shall be used to determine winning Lotto plays shown on a bet ticket.

Game description.
Lotto is a game that awards prizes to Lotto bet-ticket holders matching specified combinations of numbers for designated drawing dates to randomly selected numbers from corresponding drawings. A player selects six numbers from a field that comprises numbers 1 through 59. During each Lotto drawing, seven Lotto numbers are selected from a field of numbers in the following manner: Six winning numbers are drawn from a field of 1 through 59. A seventh bonus number is drawn from the remaining pool of numbers in such field. Lotto winning numbers and the bonus number shall be selected at random with the aid of drawing equipment pursuant to the controls and methods established for the game.

Price.
The price of two single plays on a bet ticket shall be $1. The purchaser receives two plays for each $1 wagered, which is the minimum amount of plays and cost per bet ticket. A Lotto bet ticket may contain multiple plays and may cover multiple drawings. The cost of a Lotto bet ticket depends on the number of plays and number of drawings the purchaser selects.
