(a)All material submitted for publication in the

State Register must comply with the style and typing standards set forth in section 260.2(d) of this Title, and must comply with section 261.5 of this Title.

State Register should be submitted via e-mail to the department’s register mailbox. Instructions are maintained on the department’s website.
