In this Part, the terms 2020 EBCNYS, 2020 RCNYS, agricultural building, and existing building shall have the meanings ascribed to those terms in section 1219.2 of this Title.

Except as otherwise provided in subdivision (d) of this section, the repair, alteration, change of occupancy, addition to, and relocation of existing buildings shall comply with the requirements of the 2020 EBCNYS.
